One team from first sketch to final handover — no subcontracting, no hand-offs. Six disciplines, one accountable crew, all in-house.
Discipline
Concept, space planning, materials and FF&E — interiors composed around the people who use them, drawn and detailed by our in-house designers.
Discipline
Full contracting and execution — partitions, MEP, joinery and finishes by our own workforce. The drawing office and the site are the same company.
Discipline
One contract, one line of responsibility — the people who draw it are the people who build it. Faster programmes, no gap between intent and execution.
Discipline
Outdoor rooms, hardscape, planting and pool works — the interior extended outside, detailed with the same discipline as the rooms inside.
Discipline
Programme, procurement and site supervision — time, cost and craft under one accountable team, reported transparently every week.
Partitions, ceilings and flooring · MEP works and commissioning · custom joinery and upholstery · finishes, snagging and handover — all delivered by OPRELL's own workforce.
A single design & build contract means fixed programme and budget, in-house trades throughout, and post-handover support — one point of accountability from day one.
